Not So Grey Coaching
Change creates opportunity. The way you move through it matters.
I help thoughtful women process change and turn reflection into intentional action.
You can feel that something is shifting in your life— but you can’t quite name what comes next.
You think deeply about your life, your choices, your future— but action feels overwhelming or scattered.
You don’t need more advice or pressure. You need space to process, clarity to move forward, and the confidence to trust your next step.
If this sounds like you, you’re not lost or stuck. You’re ready to navigate your transition, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Using neuroscience principles, we uncover thought patterns, distractions, limiting beliefs, and internal narratives.
We clarify what matters to you (goals, motivation, values) and define direction to align these with your desired life.
We create a practical, accountable plan forward to help you gain momentum in moving forward.
I don’t believe women are stuck. I believe they are in transition.
When someone says she doesn’t know what’s next, I don’t see someone who is lost. More often, she is in the middle of change. Holding multiple possibilities. Navigating uncertainty. Moving through something that has not fully settled yet.
Clarity does not come from forcing answers. It comes from having the space and structure to reflect honestly, deepen awareness, and take intentional steps forward.
My role is to create a grounded, intentional environment where you can process what is shifting, gain perspective, and move forward with direction.
When you leave a session, my hope is that you feel lighter, more confident, and equipped with both insight and a clear next step.
I am currently completing my certification through an ICF-accredited coaching program, the global standard for professional coaching. This training emphasizes deep listening, powerful questioning, and client-led transformation, not advice giving.
My name is Grey, and I am so happy you are here! I live in Austin, Texas, with my husband and our little boy, and this season of life has changed me in ways I never expected. Becoming a mom brought so much joy, but it also brought a level of transition that challenged me, slowed me down, and invited me to look at my life in a new way.
With my background in psychology and anti-trafficking non-profit work, I have always been deeply drawn to the individual. Understanding who someone is, what lights them up, what gives them purpose, and what challenges them is one of my greatest joys. I am naturally drawn to meaningful conversation, the kind where you can slow down, ask real questions, and feel truly seen.
My love for people, paired with my own season of transition, is what led me here.
My faith in Jesus is a steady part of who I am. It shapes the way I see people and the way I approach life. I believe there is intention in each person’s story, and I hold that with a lot of respect for wherever you are in your own journey.
Outside of this work, I am usually doing something simple and life-giving. I love playing games or crafting with friends, reading at a coffee shop, and trying new baking recipes at home for my boys. I am at my best when life feels slow, connected, and intentional.
This space is an extension of who I am and what I value.
I would love to share it with you.
